Compressed VMAP Level Zero Charts for ShipPlotter.
If you are in Western Europe, you can download compressed VMAP Level Zero charts here. ShipPlotter can read the vec/nam files and generate a customised outline chart. Once the chosen files are in place, ShipPlotter will access all the available areas when you select the Vmap option.
You must download both the "vec" file and the "nam" file for the chosen area(s) and save both file types in the directory that you have nominated to store charts for ShipPlotter (eg. C:\Program files\COAA\ShipPlotter\Chart files\).
Important: To avoid the files being opened or renamed, right click on each file and select "Save Target As" and use the "All files" type before clicking OK. Otherwise Windows will change the file extension and the data will not be read by ShipPlotter.
