FitsX is an astronomical image processing application
that handles 32-bit FITS images.
FitsX enables you to manipulate your
astronomical images contained within FITS format files to extract
the best possible image quality and to make precise scientific
measurements.

Download
FitsX can be downloaded freely and comes in a
self-extracting ZIP file which automatically installs itself.
The file size is a modest 1.19Mb.
Registration
FitsX can be freely downloaded and used for 21 days. After
that time it must be registered. Registration can be done
swiftly and securely on-line and costs only Euro €25 plus
VAT for EU residents. We strongly recommend that you ensure
that FitsX performs to your satisfaction before
registering.
